The Third Anglo-Dutch War finally came to an end on February 19th 1674. It ended with England and the Netherlands signing the Treaty of Westminster.

On February 19th 1913, Pedro Lascuráin became the President of Mexico. However, his victory was short-lived as his term only lasted 45 minutes! It is the shortest presidency term on record - no one’s managed a shorter reign at the head of a country.
